(COLUMBUS, OH) – In order to further bring ‘Culinary Justice’ to the people of Columbus, the Paddy Wagon is putting up a kitchen space in the Italian Village via Jailhouse Rock @ Little Rock Bar.  The joint venture will allow hungry patrons to get a taste of the truck’s ‘Most Wanted’ menu items in a more permanent location while having a drink as well.  That is why they are seeking help to fund this endeavor via Kickstarter.  Submission of pledges will end on February 3.

The brains behind this undertaking is Zach ‘The Sheriff’ James, founder of the Paddy Wagon food truck.  The next logical step in starting a food truck is definitely a brick and mortar restaurant and this project will serve as another pillar in eventually realizing this dream.
